Potty Training Toddlers Tips

Tips for potty training?

My son just turned 2 this past November. Can any share any potty training tips for a VERY active toddler? Also, any recommendation on what kind of potty to purchase? My toddler is a big guy, very tall for his age.

PullUps….They have the kind that turns cold when your child wets themselves. I think this makes them a little uncomfortable and more aware. Plus it helps teach them how to pull underwear up and down. And you dont have to worry about cleaning soiled clothes because you just throw Pullups away when they get messed up. I had all my kids ,except my one special needs child, potty-trained by the time they were 3. As far as potties Fisher-Price has one at Target’s that has a play handle for flushing and is pretty sturdy for kids that are a little bigger than most.
